Natasha is an experienced mental health and trauma therapist who has been in practice since 2010, working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is trained in trauma counselling and the Conversational Model of Psychotherapy, with a particular focus on the treatment of complex trauma.

She has a strong interest in the creative processing of life’s challenges, integrating both directive and non-directive, person-centred approaches. Her work is grounded in adapting therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a flexible, responsive, and client-led experience.
Natasha is skilled in applying the Conversational Model of Psychotherapy with adults and Synergetic Play Therapy-informed approaches with children.
In addition to her clinical work, Natasha has co-authored therapeutic stories for children, supporting healing and understanding around trauma, abuse, and socio-emotional challenges.
